Ingredients
  • 1 pack of The Spice Tailor Southern Pepper Curry
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 325g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cubed
  • Handful of french beans, halved
  • 1 (100g) medium tomato, chopped
  • ¾-1 tsp freshly ground black pepper or to taste
  • Handful of chopped fresh coriander
Method
  1. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and add the spices from the whole spice sachet. Cook for 20 seconds.
  2. Add in base and main sauces from the pouches, the chicken, beans and a splash of water and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, black pepper and fresh coriander and cook until the chicken is cooked though, stirring often. Taste and adjust seasoning and serve.
