Lamb rogan josh is a real treat-yourself dish - and this easy-to-make version is a delicious homemade take-away alternative. Enjoy it with rice or naan.

Ingredients
  • 275g lamb rump
  • 1 tsp. vegetable or olive oil
  • 1 packet of The Spice Tailor Rustic Rogan Josh
Method
  1. Cut the rump into generous pieces.
  2. Heat 1 tsp. of oil in a pan, add the spices and cook for 20 seconds.
  3. Add lamb pieces and brown lightly, add the base sauce and simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the main sauce and bring to a boil.
  5. Cook for 3-6 minutes or until the lamb is cooked through.
  6. Serve with pilaf, naan or parantha or roti
